Assistant Superintendent of Police, Cecil Daley, on Thursday celebrated 39 years
of dedicated service in the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.
ASP Daley currently serves as the head of the security unit assigned to Prime
Minister Gaston Browne.
A brief get-together was held in the Prime Minister’s Secretariat on Thursday to
mark the occasion. PM Browne described ASP Daley as ‘an example’ for the other
officers noting that 39 years in the service is quite a remarkable achievement. “I
recognize this as a significant achievement and today we celebrate continued
longevity not only in terms of service, but also in terms of your health and your
time here on earth. It is also my desire that our friendship continues to grow. I
appreciate you as a brother and as a friend and you can always count on my
support,” he stated.
Other members joined in wishing ASP Daley continued health and happiness as he
continues to provide yeoman’s service to the RPFAB and the prime minister and
the people of Antigua and Barbuda.
