The UK government is funding a programme to train regional journalists,
including from Antigua and Barbuda, in the area of investigative journalism.
“The UK is happy to announce this opportunity to media professionals, a proud to
continuation of our work and partnership with the Media Institute of the Caribbean.
This latest initiative, open to residents in Antigua and Barbuda, is a series of
workshops on Investigative Journalism,” a circular from the UK High
Commissioner Representative’s Office stated.
It said the fellowship is designed for Caribbean journalists who wish to develop
their knowledge within this area. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply
and explore this fully-funded opportunity.
The training will be done by the Media Institute of the Caribbean in Jamaica.
