No response from booth owners

More than 24 hours have passed since the Festivals Commission issued an appeal
for derelict booth owners to remove whatever valuables these booths may still
contain before the demolitions begin.
However, according to sources at the Commission, no one has yet come forward
indicating a willingness to heed the call. The booths are those to the right of the
entrance gate, closest to the Government Printery.
The booths are an eye sore, and they harbour rats, which pose a risk for other
vendors who will be plying their trade at Carnival City, during the Carnival
festivities.
The Festival Commission is warning that if the owners fail to comply within a
reasonable time there will be no other choice than to forcibly have the booths
demolished.
