Leaders and members of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party will gather tonight
(Friday January 5) at the party’s headquarters on Nugent Avenue for a special
candle-light vigil for Albert ‘Kentae’ Semper.
“Join us on Friday, January 5th, 2024, at 7 pm at The People's Place for a special
Candlelight Vigil in honor of our dedicated community activist and long-standing
member of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), Comrade Albert
"Kentae" Semper. In this challenging time, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to his
family and friends on behalf of the leadership and members. All comrades and
friends are warmly invited to come and pay tribute to the remarkable life of
Comrade Kentae.,” a circular from the ABLP sated.
Semper was not only a vocal and staunch defender of the ABLP, he also hosted a
weekly radio programme on Pointe FM radio.
