The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Barbuda Affairs announces that the Antigua and Barbuda Bureau of Standards is currently undergoing a relocation process.
Ambassador Clarence Pilgrim, Permanent Secretary advises that the Bureau is temporarily closed until further notice.
This closure is due to the ongoing retrofitting of the building that will house the Bureau in the near future.
The necessary steps to rectify and prepare the new facility are being implemented promptly.
The Ministry assures the public that these adjustments are part of a larger initiative to improve the Bureau’s services and infrastructure.
Further updates regarding the reopening and any additional changes to the Bureau’s operations will be provided as soon as they are available.
The ministry is asking for the public’s understanding and patience during this transitional period.
