Residents of five selected communities are to receive entrepreneurship training
through a programme organized by the Department of the Environment’s
Enhanced Direct Access Project, with funding provided by the Green Climate
Fund (GEF).
The 5-Day All-Day entrepreneurship training from the 4th to the 8th of December
2023, is for residents living within the communities of Cashew Hill, Briggins,
Golden Grove, Belmont, and Nut Grove.
This training will be an intensive crash course into the world of entrepreneurship in
services related to the delivery of climate change information, adaptation, and
resilience services.
All participation expenses for up to 20 residents, including participation fees and
meals, will be covered by the Enhanced Direct Access (EDA) Project. Women and
persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to register.
Spaces are limited and interested residents are encouraged to register by Monday,
27th November 2023, to secure a spot.
