Saliem Harrigan aka “Cariem” or “Chuckey” of Greenbay, who was wanted by the Police is now in police custody.
Saliem surrendered around 1:00 p.m today at the Langford’s Police Station, accompanied by his attorney. Police are continuing their investigations into several serious criminal offences of which he is a key suspect.
