Dean Dwane Cassius, the Clergy and Congregation of the Cathedral and Parish of St. John are proud to announce the 37th Annual Caribbean  Food Fair on Saturday 31st May, 2025 from 2.00pm at the Deanery Grounds.

Come and enjoy foods from Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Montserrat, St. Kitts, Nevis, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica.  There’ll be sweets for your sweet and sugar cakes for your honey; popcorn and cotton candy for the children, refreshing smoothies and lots of ice-cold drinks to include local favourites – Tamarind, Raspberry, Ginger Beer, Sorrel, Passion Fruit and many more.

You can also enjoy chicken, veggie or seafood pasta from our live pasta station…Along with a variety of soups.

Live steel band and DJ music, along with DJ competition this will provide the fair with a festive atmosphere. Not to be left out, will be our cultural and line dancers, who will entertain you while you enjoy the variety of foods and drinks in this family atmosphere.

There is also a zone for the children, bounce castle, face painting and things that children love.
