Teens Charged with Possession of Ammunition and Flare Gun

The police arrested and jointly charged a 15-year-old boy from Ottos and a 17-
year-old from Potters with possession of a modified flare gun and possession of
one 9mm round of ammunition. The older of the two was further charged with
discharging a firearm in a public place.
On Tuesday, November 14th, the police received a report of shots being fired in
the vicinity of the Clare Hall School Playing Field. Several students were taken
into police custody and questioned. They were released pending further
investigations.
Both accused were later arrested by the police and have been charged.
