The sentencing of Dylan Simon remains pending after his conviction last month on multiple charges, including larceny.

Simon has not yet been sentenced by trial judge Stanley John. Sentencing, originally scheduled for November 11, 2025, was postponed to allow for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

The report, requested by the defense, is to be prepared by social workers and will provide the court with information about Simon’s social background and personal circumstances to assist in determining an appropriate sentence.

A new sentencing date has not yet been set. The matter is expected to return to court once the report is completed and reviewed.
