Sir Molwyn says he knows of the new minister’s capacity and he is confident that
he has a strong leader on board in the person of Senator Joseph and he urged all
heads to give him the support he needs.
The senior minister says that the inclusion of Senator Joseph in the ministry will
ensure that there is continuity in terms of project implementation and execution
and also it’s a form of transitioning the ministry to better serve the public.
Senator Joseph says he looks forward to learning from Sir Molwyn’s years of
expertise and he is prepared to work hard to ensure the success of the Ministry.
On Tuesday, Senator Michael Joseph will meet with the permanent secretaries and
heads of departments in the social transformation division and also chair the first
planning meeting for the Official Funeral for former member of parliament the

Following his swearing in at Government House, Senator Joseph recalled that he

He said he intends to build upon that relationship as he takes up the new
