Sandals Grande Antigua has announced the recent promotions of four team members within the culinary department.
According to a company statement the promoted team members have demonstrated unwavering dedication, skill, and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and are budding leaders within the resort’s culinary space.
Carol McRae has been promoted to pastry supervisor and has consistently showcased creativity and expertise in crafting appetizing pastries and desserts. In her new role, she will oversee the pastry team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, delightful treats.
Juleen Rose has been promoted to the position of senior sous chef with her culinary talents and leadership abilities being instrumental in the success of the resort’s kitchen operations.
Lastly, Junior Chefs I-Love Lee and Jaleel Edwards have both been promoted to Cook 2 having consistently demonstrated strong work ethic, and a passion for the culinary arts. Their dedication to mastering cooking techniques and their commitment to teamwork have made them valuable assets to the Sandals Grande Antigua kitchen team.
