Sandals, one of the leading resorts in the Caribbean, has welcomed two new
trainees, Dominic Wilson and Amanda Benjamin, to its team here in Antigua.
The two trainees – one from Grenada and the other from Jamaica, have been
selected to participate in Sandals' prestigious Management Trainee Programme.
Over the next two months, they will undergo training in the human resource and
engineering departments, gaining valuable skills and experience in the hospitality
industry.

Both team members are graduates of prominent universities in their respective
countries and are eager to put their knowledge into practice in a real-world setting.
They were selected from a pool of highly qualified candidates and are thrilled to
have been given the opportunity to join the Sandals team.
During their time in the programme, Dominic and Amanda will be mentored by
experienced managers and will have the chance to work on various projects and
tasks that will challenge and develop their skills. They will also have the
opportunity to interact with guests and learn about the importance of creating a
positive and memorable experience for each and every one of them.
The Management Trainee Programme at Sandals has been running for over 30
years and it is highly regarded for its ability to develop young talent and prepare
them for successful careers in the hospitality industry. With a strong emphasis on
providing top-notch service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests,
Sandals recognizes the importance of investing in the development of young
professionals to maintain their high standards.
