Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne was honoured on Tuesday with a replica
of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Temple by Senior Indian Bharatiya Janata Party
(BJP) Leader Dr. Vijay Jolly and his businessman son Kabir Jolly and Honorary
Indian Consul Mr. Vijay Shiv Kumar Tewani who had an engagement with the
Prime Minister.
The Ram Mandir is a Hundu temple complex in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Many Hindus believe that it is located at the site of Ram Janmabhoomi, the
birthplace of Rama, a principal deity of Hinduism. The temple was inaugurated on
22nd January after a prana pratishtha (consecration) ceremony.
