Wednesday 28th March, 2018 – The Leader of the Opposition United Progressive Party in Parliament has signalled his willingness to dialogue with the Gaston Browne Administration on matters of national interest.
Appearing on Connecting with Dave Lester Payne on Observer Radio this afternoon, The Hon. Jamale Pringle says he envisions reaching across the aisle to find common ground on a number of issues.
The Leader of Her Majesty’s Opposition will be the only member from his party in the House of Representatives. He won the All Saints East and Saint Luke Constituency for the United Progressive Party, the only seat they secured in last week’s General Election.
While he was sure of securing the seat for his party, Pringle says nothing prepared him for the position he now holds.
