The Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy is the latest to close its doors due to possible COVID-19 exposure.
The closure of the headquarters took effect Thursday 18th February.
In a statement, the ONDCP said, “In accordance with the organization’s COVID-19 response policy, a work from home policy has been instituted until employees are cleared to return to work.”
Its Director added the agency will conduct a sanitization of its headquarters.
While operations and enforcement duties continue, they will advise of the resumption of office hours in due course.
While apologizing for any inconvenience the closure may cause, the ONDCP stated it continues to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of its Officers, Members and visitors.
