More than a dozen individuals were arrested and taken into police custody for questioning following a series of coordinated operations across several communities during the Christmas holiday period.

According to a media release from the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, officers executed multiple search warrants, resulting in the seizure of assorted contraband. These included various-caliber rounds of ammunition, mobile phones, a 9mm magazine, a ballistic vest, a laptop computer, quantities of United States and Eastern Caribbean currency, vehicle license plates, and several items of clothing suspected to be stolen.

Police also recovered a motor vehicle reportedly stolen during a robbery in the Cashew Hill area.

Investigations into these matters are ongoing, and police have indicated that further arrests or charges may follow as inquiries progress.
