More Arrests for Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Ammunition

The police continue their sting operations with the aim of ridding the nation of the

scourge of illegal firearms and ammunition.

The latest report in that ongoing initiative, saw the police arresting two individuals

on Saturday and charging them with the unlawful possession of firearms and

ammunition.

Police arrested and jointly charged 38-years-old Vashell James and 26 years old

Vashawn James, both of Swetes Village for Unlawful Possession one .380 Pistol.

The offense occurred on 3rd February, 2024 at Swetes Village.

Both were further charged with Unlawful Possession of Ammunition to wit six (6)

.380mm rounds of ammunition. This happened on 3rd February, 2024 at Swetes as

well.
