Leading telecoms provider Liberty Caribbean, the operators of Flow and Liberty Business, recently concluded a focused leadership summit for its North Caribbean markets, convening its senior executives and business leaders from Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, the British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, Montserrat and St. Maarten.

The multi-day gathering at the Sonesta Resort and Conference Centre in St. Maarten was dedicated to two clear priorities: delivering service excellence for customers and strengthening adaptive leadership to drive sustainable growth across the region.

Delegates aligned on practical strategies to translate connectivity into measurable community benefits – from improved healthcare and education services to enhanced opportunities for businesses.

A central theme of the summit was people and leadership. Discussions emphasised talent development, retention, and a stakeholder-centric approach to execution so leaders can respond rapidly to evolving customer needs and advance a culture of continuous improvement across markets.
