Seventeen (17) students and four (4) staff members from Leeds City College
of Music and City College Plymouth paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Sir
Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda. The students
are visiting as part of the Caribbean Elective cultural exchange tour in Antigua and
Barbuda being hosted by the Ministry of Education and Antigua and Barbuda's High
Commission to the United Kingdom.
