Joanne Smith sworn in as a member of the Industrial Court

A Swearing-In Ceremony was held on Tuesday at Government House where Joanne Smith was sworn in by the Governor General, Sir Rodney Williams, as a member of the Industrial Court.

Smith, an attorney, was supported by family and friends who were present at the brief ceremony.

The appointment fulfills the full complement of the court. The Industrial Court is headed by Samantha May-Francis as President.
