Born on the 13th of February 1997, Jahkaydah Isaac has been emitting radiant
waves ever since her birth. She is a graduate of the Christ the King High School
and Island Academy. Jahkaydah earned a Bachelor of Arts in International
Business with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from Rollins College in Orlando.
Her passion then led her to Le Cordon Bleu London from where she graduated in
2021 with a Diplome De Cuisine and Culinary Management.
Merging art and passion, Jahkaydah’s entrepreneurship journey has taken flight, as
she manages her small business ‘The Flaky Crust,’ delivering love-filled pastries to
her clients. Her culinary journey has taken her across the globe, from Antigua and
Barbuda to Dubai, with stops in the USA and the UK in pursuit of perfecting her
craft.

Jahkaydah is determined and committed to achieving all her goals. The ultimate
being to own a café that marries art and coziness with a fantastic gastronomic
experience. Her proclivity to succeed comes from the words of her grandmother
forever echoing, “Do the best you can, so you can be the best you can!”
She is a hiker, an avid reader, a lover of the beach, and a conversationalist.
Jahkaydah meaning ‘God’s Messenger’ aspires to spread the message of her alma
mater—“Higher Yet” by becoming Miss Antigua and Barbuda 2023.
