HRPAB elects New Executive for 2025-2027 Term

The Human Resource Professionals of Antigua and Barbuda (HRPAB) association now has new executive team to serve for the period 2025-2027.

The newly elected executive members are:

  • Miguelle Christopher – President
  • Rhonda Grant – 1st Vice President
  • Allison Anthony – 2nd Vice President
  • Alecia Cherubin – Secretary
  • Shari Cannegieter – Treasurer
  • Jhaveline Patrick – Asst. Secretary/Treasurer
  • Wendy Jackson-DeSouza – Immediate Past President

In keeping with its motto, “Advancing the HR Profession for National Development,” the Association continues to champion excellence in people management, and contribute to national progress by strengthening leadership, raising professional standards, and building the capacity of HR practitioners.

Speaking on behalf of the new executive, President Dr. Christopher expressed gratitude to the membership for their confidence in the new executive and reaffirmed the team’s commitment to advancing the mission of HRPAB:

“This new executive is eager to build on the work of our predecessors. We will focus on strengthening HRPAB internally and ensure that we are truly meeting the professional needs of our members. We will continue to elevate the HR profession by providing learning and networking opportunities, partnering with key local stakeholders, collaborating with our regional counterparts, and striving to have the HR perspective included in major national level decisions.”
