Electoral Identification Cards Remain Unclaimed
Tuesday, 20th February, 2018 –The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Office has posted on their website a list of persons who are yet to collect their Electoral Identification Card.
In an email to the media today, ABEC says the list includes the names of persons, the constituency that they reside in and in some cases their addresses and polling divisions. As persons collect their cards accordingly, their names will be removed from the list.
The website is www.abec.gov.ag.
ABEC in early January stated that some cards date back to 2013 that are yet to be claimed.
The Electoral Commission is reminded persons then that the card is the single most important item if persons intend to cast their ballot in the next general election.
The commission says the list is easily accessible and can also be viewed through a link on their Facebook Page “Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission.
