El Hombre are the new champions of the All Saints Community Football League (ASCFL).
El Hombre, who clinched third place last year, won the 2025 ASCFL by prevailing 5-4 against Police on penalty kicks in the final at the Mack Pond playing field in All Saints on Saturday.
El Hombre secured the title on penalty kicks after both teams finished deadlocked at 1-1 at the end of regulation time.
It means that Police finished in the runners-up position for the second successive year after losing in the final to Old Stagers last year.
Both teams booked their spot in Saturday’s final with victories in the semi-finals.
Kemoi Walsh scored all five goals to lead El Hombre to a 5-1 victory against Fundamentals in the second semi-final.
Walsh had conversions in the 23rd, 28th, 47th, 58th, and 72nd minutes for El Hombre, who also finished the match with 10 men after Karique Knight was expelled in the 26th minute for picking up a second yellow card.
Troy Jules scored a consolation goal for Fundamentals in the 77th minute.
Police prevailed 3-2 against Dark A Bark in the first semi-final. Shaquille Watkins opened the scoring in the second minute, Daryl Massicot made it two-nil with a 28th-minute conversion, and Orran Isaac scored the winner for Police in the 58th minute.
Vashawn James scored in the 30th minute, and Shamoy Carr had a 32nd-minute conversion for Darg A Bark.
Meanwhile, Fundamental captured third place. Fundamentals came from behind to prevail 3-1 against Darg A Bark as the two losing semi-finalists met in the playoff for third place.
Troy Jules scored twice, and Shafeeq Joseph converted the other goal for Fundamentals.
Kemoi Walsh of El Hombre and Troy Jules of Fundamentals jointly shared the Golden Boot or Top Goal Scorer Award.
