APUA Working To Resolve iPhone Challenges
Tuesday 22nd May, 2018 –Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) says it is working with technology company Apple to resolve issues some of its subscribers who are owners of iPhones are facing.
Ever since APUA launched its 4G service, iPhone users have been experiencing difficulties accessing the service.
In a statement today, APUA said negotiations are underway with Apple to resolve compatibility issues with iPhone handsets.
The Authority says it has engaged the US based telecommunications technology giant to allow local iPhone users access to the recently upgraded inet mobile 4G LTE Advanced network. This issue, which only affects some iPhones, occurred after the migration to the new network and regrettably could not have been avoided.
The APUA Telecoms Business Unit would like to reassure customers that we are committed to providing an inclusive 4G LTE Advanced service to users and solicits the patience of affected customers.
