Thursday 20th June, 2019- APUA inet wants its broadband subscribers to know that issues they are currently experiencing with their upstream providers have affected the quality of internet service that some of them may currently be receiving.
The company stated it results from a major service disruption originating in Miami.
Inet in a statement indicated they are awaiting word from their providers on the timeline for resolution and will provide updates as they become available.
In the interim, APUA assures it will be exploring all possible means to provide as much relief as possible and is asking for patience from subscribers as they engage the process.
