The Antigua and Barbuda High Commission in London has launched a new official website.

In a statement posted on the website, it said that as an extension of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the High Commission is entrusted with representing the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Far East. Our mission is to foster and strengthen these international relationships while raising Antigua and Barbuda’s profile on the global stage.

“The High Commission is dedicated to promoting trade and investment opportunities in Antigua and Barbuda, showcasing the twin-island nation’s status as a premier destination for eco-tourism, leisure, and culture. We also encourage Antiguans and Barbudans to continue serving as ambassadors for our nation, actively contributing to the shared vision of national development,” the statement added.

Additionally, the statement said a key focus of the High Commission is cultivating a strong connection with the Antigua and Barbuda communities in the United Kingdom. “By engaging with the Diaspora, fostering collaboration, and supporting local associations, we aim to create a vibrant network that bridges our people abroad with our homeland,” it declared.

The HC expressed the hope that this website serves as a valuable resource and gateway to all that Antigua and Barbuda has to offer.
