Cannabis valued at EC$77,600.00 was seized by police and customs during an anti-narcotics operation at Deep Water Harbour on Wednesday 15th September.
The contraband weighed a total of 9 ½ pounds, and was discovered inside two barrels of food items. The substance was taken to Police Headquarters, as further investigations continue.
