All Saints Residents Busted With Cannabis
Wednesday 16th May, 2018 –Two residents of All Saints Village will appear in court tomorrow to answer to drug charges.
The Dominican man and Antiguan woman were detained on Tuesday, after they were intercepted by officials of the Office of National Drug Control and Money Laundering Policy (ONDCP) in a counter-narcotics operation.
Subsequent to their detention, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the Lindsey area, where another quantity of Cannabis was discovered.
According to the ONDCP, the Cannabis weighs in at 90.9 pounds and carries an estimated street value of $360,360.
Cash totaling $1,315.00 US and $6, 370.25 EC was also seized.
The All Saints man is expected to be charged with two (2) separate counts of Possession of Cannabis, Being Concerned in the Supply of Cannabis, Drug Trafficking and Possession of Cannabis with intent to Transfer, while the female is expected to be charged with Possession of Cannabis, being Concerned in the Supply of Cannabis, Drug Trafficking and Possession of Cannabis with intent to Transfer.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
