The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), based in Antigua and Barbuda to lead global marketing efforts and strengthen our twin-island nation’s position as a premier Caribbean destination.
As part of the executive team, the CMO will drive brand growth, lead multi-market campaigns, oversee digital transformation, and ensure Antigua and Barbuda continues to shine on the world stage. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead destination marketing strategy across key global markets.
- Strengthen and align the Antigua and Barbuda brand worldwide.
- Drive digital innovation and data-driven marketing decisions.
- Build employee and team capacity through training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Directors of Tourism in source markets to deliver measurable returns on investment. Requirements:
- Master’s degree or Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably within tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-market marketing strategies. • Demonstrable wins in digital performance, brand building, public relations, issues management, and trade/airline/cruise partnerships.
