A group of young people associated with the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party
has successfully completed a fundraising event.
Organized by the Youth Development Officers (YDO) of Zone 3 youths of
ABLP, the proceeds from this event were dedicated to supporting the medical
treatment expenses incurred for little T’rique Jeffery.
T’rique, unfortunately, suffered severe burns a few months ago, which compelled
him to travel abroad in search of medical care. Recognizing the financial burden
this placed on him and his family, the compassionate members of the Zone 3
Youths of Labor, decided to take action and arrange an inspiring fundraiser to
contribute towards his medical treatment costs.
A total of $5,000.00 was raised through the unity, generosity, and unwavering
support of the community as they rallied together to assist T’rique,
