The female attorney attached to the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force and her brother, an officer in the Immigration Department are to re-appear in court today to face drug charges.
Both are charged with the possession of marijuana after the police conducted a raid of their home on Saturday.
They appeared in court on Monday, but the matter was adjourned until Tuesday because the prosecution indicated that it needed more time to prepare its case.
Acting Chief Magistrate Dexter Wason granted them both no-cash bail in the amount of $10,000.00 bond and one surety each.
During a search of their home, the police discovered 2.3 grams of marijuana and charged both siblings for the illegal possession of the drug.
