The West Indies Oil Company has announced a new date for its annual general meeting. The new date is November 27, 2025.
The meeting was scheduled for earlier this month but was postponed due to the passage of a tropical storm.
“The meeting will be held at the John E. St. Luce Finance and Conference Center on Factory Road, St. John’s, Antigua at 5:30 PM on November 27th, 2025.
The postponement of the meeting was occasioned by the tropical storm watch issued by the Antigua and Barbuda Met Office during the passage of tropical storm Jerry. Fortunately, however, we have received feedback on the draft Bylaws and have included with this circular, a set of recommended amendments to the draft Bylaws and the text of the special resolution to adopt the draft bylaws, with amendments to be considered and voted on at the annual general meeting,” a notice sent to all shareholders stated.
Along with the notice, the company also shared several documents that will be essential for those shareholders who attend the meeting in person, via proxy or online.
“These documents are essential for your participation in the meeting. You are encouraged to review them carefully and participate in the meeting informed by the information in the documents.
Your attendance and contribution to what we hope will be a very productive AGM is anticipated,” the notice concluded.
