NSWMA hosts professional training for staff

The Management of the National Solid Waste Management Authority hosted a work place etiquette and professionalism training session on Wednesday, at the Multipurpose cultural center for its female employees.

This workshop was facilitated by Dr.Chrys-Ann Ambrose, a best-selling Author and international empowerment speaker.

The female members of staff were reminded of the significance of professionalism and teamwork within the workplace along with challenges arising such as personality conflicts, work habits and the overall mindset of each employee.

This is the first of a two-day session hosted by management, where both female and male staff can strengthen their individual key strengths.
