James Spencer takes his Oath of Office as a member of the Public Service Appeal Board

Governor General Sir Rodney Williams has administered the Oath of Office and secrecy to James Spencer to be a member of the Public Service Appeal Board.

Spencer becomes the newest member of the board and he was nominated by the Antigua and Barbuda Public Service Association. The Public Service Board of Appeal is the statutory body that hears and adjudicates appeals by public and police officers in disciplinary and removal cases under constitutional and legislative provisions.

It is chaired by attorney Colin Derrick.
