The cruise vessel, Arvia of the P&O Lines, arrived for the first time this cruise
season for its home-porting visit. This season, the vessel will overnight each time it
arrives.
Reports from the Antigua Cruise Port said there were four vessels in port on
Saturday; two of which did home-porting. The other was Sea Dream 2.
“There were 714 passengers that joined the Arvia here in Antigua with 665

In all, we had an overall passenger movement from Arvia of 5,953. For Sea Dream
2, 74 passengers joined the cruise, while 57 disembarked; the overall passenger
movement here was 135,” Operations Manager Rawle Reynolds reported.
The other two vessels were Viking Sea with 902 passengers and Spirit of
Discovery with 956 passengers. “On Saturday, we had a total of 7,946 passengers
coupled with 2712 crew members for a total of passengers and crew of over 11-
