Island Prince, is the stage name of Dalik Dyer, a young and talented Antiguan
artist and entertainer with a bold vision to become one of the biggest soca stars in
the world.
With a musical lineage, Island Prince is guided by his father, Dalton Dyer, a well-
respected musician and music producer. In 2018, Island Prince entered the Junior
Party Monarch competition and emerged victorious. Since then, he has been
consistently releasing high-quality soca music. In 2023, his songs “Gimme Waist”
and “Ms. Grippy’ did exceptionally well on the Caribbean’s music charts.
For Antigua’s Carnival 2024, Island Prince released a slew of hits, including the
trending sensation “Banana.” On Sunday, April 28th, Island Prince dropped the
remix of “Banana” featuring Trinidadian superstar Lil Bitts. Lil Bitts, known for
her incredible talent and charisma, is making waves in the Soca game, making it an
honour for Island Prince to collaborate with her.
