In a remarkable display of community spirit and collaboration, led by the St. Peter
District Disaster Response Team, Senator Rawdon Turner, supported a highly
successful clean-up campaign in the Paynters East Community. The initiative
aimed to enhance the environment and uplift community spirits, showcasing the
power of collective effort.
Sen. Turner expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this impactful
endeavor, stating, "Grateful for the opportunity to join the St. Peter District
Disaster Response Team in organizing a clean-up campaign for the Paynters East
community." Turner emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering
positive change within the community.
He also expressed his gratitude to the National Solid Waste Management
Authority, Antigua Defense Force, other donors, and the St. Peter District Disaster
Response Team for making this Initiative possible. Their support played a crucial
