The dates for the annual Tourism Week and the events that form part of the
celebrations have been announced by the Ministry of Tourism.
Under the theme, “Our tourism industry, Carving a path to sustainability through
an empowered labour force.”
The 2023 programme of events is as follows;
Sunday, December 3: Service at the Holy Family Cathedral starting at 7:00
a.m.
Monday, December 4: Taste of Wadadli Junior Cook-Off Finals at the
ABHTI
Tuesday, December 5: College tour where the tourism minister will visit
several schools to talk about careers in the tourism industry
Thursday, December 7: Tourism Labour Conference
Friday, December 8: Beach Fun-Day
Saturday, December 9: Tourism Award gala focusing on industry workers
