The Kingdom of Morocco continues its benevolence to the government and people
of Antigua and Barbuda as it makes another donation of fertilizers to the nation’s
farmers.
Chief Extension Officer, Owolabi Elabanjo said four containers, packed with
fertilizers are to be cleared from the port today for distribution, to what he termed
‘bona fide’ farmers.
He noted that the fertilizers are to help with the production of a wide variety of
vegetable crops. Some of the fertilizers will also be sent over to Barbuda for
distribution to the farming community on the island.
The Kingdom of Morocco has been donating fertilizers to Antigua and Barbuda
over a period of years.
