Basseterre, ST. KITTS – A St. Kitts and Nevis Defence Force soldier has been arrested in connection with two homicides.
According to police , ballistics testing proved that Jelani Duncan’s gun had been used in two unsolved murders.
Police have not indicated if the gun used was his personal firearm or a government issued service weapon.
Duncan once served as a member of Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris’ security detail.
