Friday 12th October, 2018-A week after two people were murdered and another seriously injured by Calvin’Burger’ James, police have announced a reward for information leading to his capture.
In a one paragraph statement issued this afternoon, Inspector Lester Bagot of STRATCOM, the Communications Department of the Royal Police Force outlined that an E.C $ 25,000 reward was being issued for information leading to the capture of the wanted man.
This comes about 24 hours after government told reporters the police had not make a request of them for a reward to be posted.
Last Friday, James, allegedly in a long-running dispute with his family, entered his sister’s house and inquired of her whereabouts. When he was told she wasn’t there, he allegedly opened fire on his niece, his nephew and his nephew’s girlfriend. The two women succumbed to their injuries.
James has been on the run ever since and despite reported sightings of him, police are yet to locate him.
He is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
