Wednesday 18th April, 2018 –Law enforcement officials are investigating yet another murder.
The body of a man, the second in four days, was discovered behind a business place on Bishopgate Street this morning.
According to police, the man has been identified as Samuel Emanuel Joseph, who goes by the alias ‘JB’ of Bishopgate Street.
Sometime around 11 this morning, his body was discovered face down on the ground behind a welding shop. His hands were bound behind his back and what appeared to be a leather belt was tied around his neck.
The operator of the welding shop discovered the body and the police were summoned.
Police are appealing to anyone with information that will assist them in the investigation, to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914.
Last Sunday, the body of Carlton Charles was discovered on North Street in an abandoned house in similar fashion. His hands were bound behind his back and both feet were also tied.
A friend discovered Charles, whose body was in an advanced stage of decomposition.
